How long does a custom domain take to go live?
Usually minutes after the DNS records propagate. The dashboard checks verification every couple of minutes, then issues the certificate. DNS changes can take longer with some providers.

Your own subdomain, one DNS record
Point a subdomain like calculators.yourteam.com at the platform with one CNAME record, add the verification TXT record shown in your dashboard, and the certificate is issued automatically. Once it's verified, embeds and direct links use your domain.
For brokerages, each office or team can have its own domain. Brokerage includes unlimited white-label domains, and Team includes 5.

Do visitors see any other company's name with white-label on?
No. With white-label enabled, the credit line is removed from calculators, and embeds and links use your subdomain. Visitors see your brand, your colors and your contact details.

Can I use my root domain?
Use a subdomain, such as calculators.yourteam.com. Your main website stays where it is, and the subdomain serves calculators and direct links.
What happens to existing embeds when I add a domain?
They keep working. New embed codes use your domain, and you can swap old ones whenever convenient.
Can each agent on a team have their own branding?
Branding is set at account level. Brokerages with separate brands per team or office typically use one account per brand, or one brand with per-agent calculator settings.
Which emails get my branding?
Emails to your team about their account and leads, such as new-lead notifications and sign-in emails. Billing emails about your subscription come from us, since they concern your account with us.
Can I use my brokerage's email server?
Yes. Add your SMTP details, send a test email, and once it's verified, agent emails go through your server. If it ever fails, we fall back to our sending service, so notifications aren't lost.
Which plan do I need for white-label?
Team or Brokerage. The free Agent plan shows a small credit on calculators.
Is white-label included in the trial?
Yes. Team and Brokerage trials include white-label features, so you can set up your domain before the trial ends.
