What happens when your listing page does the math

Most listing pages ask for a showing request and hope. Here's the same listing with a calculator on it, told hour by hour.

  1. 7:00 pm

    Your listing goes live.

The photos are up, the description is tight, and under the price there's a payment calculator already filled in with the list price. You didn't write a line of code. You pasted one snippet into your site builder.

  2. 11:42 pm

A buyer finds it on their phone.

They're not ready to call anyone. They are ready to answer one question: can we afford this one? They change the down payment, try a different rate and see the monthly payment, taxes and insurance in one place.

  3. 11:44 pm

They like the number, so they keep it.

Right under the result: send me this breakdown. They leave a name, an email and a phone number, and tick the consent box. It's a small ask at the moment the number matters to them.

  4. 11:44 pm

The lead lands with the math attached.

It goes to your inbox and, by webhook, into HighLevel or whatever CRM you use. You see the price they tested, their down payment and the payment they were comfortable with, plus the page and campaign they came from.

  5. 8:05 am

You call first, and you call with something to say.

Not 'just checking in'. 'You were looking at around a $3,000 payment on Maple. Want me to show you two more that land in the same range?' The conversation starts where the buyer left off.

Lot 05 Flagship: seller net sheet

The seller lead you'd otherwise meet too late

Homeowners start wondering what they'd walk away with months before they invite an agent over. A seller net sheet on your site answers that question: sale price, minus payoff, commission, closing costs and repairs, equals an estimated net.

When they want the figure sent to them, you get a seller lead with their expected price and payoff already filled in. That's the most useful pre-listing conversation you can start.

  • Estimated net proceeds, line by line
  • Commission entered as the seller's own figure, never a suggested rate
  • Settlement statement noted as the binding figure

The Seller Net Sheet is part of the Real Estate & Pros tools on the Brokerage plan.

Lot 06 What lands in your inbox

A lead that tells you what to say

Each submission becomes a contact with the visitor's inputs and results, the page they used, and the campaign that brought them. It's de-duplicated by email and phone, so a buyer who comes back next week adds a new calculation to the same record instead of creating a second one.

Questions by topic

Questions agents ask before they start

Do I need a developer to add a calculator to my listing pages?

No. You copy one snippet from your dashboard and paste it where your site builder allows custom HTML, such as a WordPress block, a HighLevel funnel element or a Squarespace code block. If your IDX provider allows custom HTML or iframes on property pages, it works there too. The help center has step-by-step guides per platform.

Is there a free plan, and what does it include?

Yes. The Agent plan is free with no card: up to 5 calculators from the buyer and home-equity set, 100 lead contacts and 1 widget. It's enough to put a payment calculator on your own listings and see what comes in. Compare plans.

Which calculator should I start with?

Start with the mortgage calculator on your active listings, because that's the question every buyer has. If you work listings, add the seller net sheet to your home page and your 'What's my home worth' page.
