Cancelling
Cancel from Billing in the app at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the free Agent plan’s limits. Embeds beyond the free plan’s limits stop working, and white-label features turn off. Your contacts remain, and you can export them.
Free trials
Monthly and yearly Team and Brokerage plans start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. We email you a few days before a trial ends. There’s one trial per account.
Monthly plans
We don’t refund partial months. Once you cancel, you won’t be charged again.
Yearly plans
If you ask for a refund within 14 days of a yearly charge, including the first charge after a trial, we’ll refund it in full as long as the account hasn’t been used extensively in that time, for example by embedding calculators across several websites or capturing a large number of leads. After 14 days, yearly plans aren’t refunded for unused months.
Lifetime plans
Lifetime purchases can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on the same basis as yearly plans. After that, they’re non-refundable.
Billing mistakes
If we charge you in error, we’ll refund the incorrect amount, whenever you tell us.
How to ask
Email support@calccapture.com from your account email address with your invoice number. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
