Saved as a contact
In your CalcCapture contacts with notes and statuses, so nothing is lost even before you connect a CRM.
A real estate lead capture form usually gives you a name and an email. A CalcCapture lead also gives you everything the visitor entered and saw: the price they tested, their down payment, the payment they settled on, the net they're hoping for. You also get the page they used and the campaign that brought them.
The same structure for every calculator, so your CRM mapping works once.
| Part of the lead | What it contains | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Contact | Name, email and/or phone, as you configure the form | Who to call, and how they prefer to be reached |
| Consent | The consent the visitor gave, with the wording shown | Your record for email, call and text follow-up |
| Inputs | Every field value the visitor entered | Their assumptions: price, down payment, income, payoff |
| Results | Every result the calculator showed | The figure they reacted to, which is your opening line |
| Source | Page URL, UTM tags, ad click IDs, referrer, landing page, first touch | Which listing, post or ad is working |
Fields vary by calculator; the structure doesn't.

Matched by email, then phone. A returning buyer's new calculation is added to the same contact record.
A new-lead email for each submission (you can switch it off once your CRM is connected).
On Team and Brokerage, by webhook to HighLevel, Zapier, Make or any URL that accepts JSON.
Visitors can send results to a partner or spouse, which brings a second person to your page.
After the result, not before it. Visitors who see their number first are more willing to leave details to keep it, and the leads are better because they've already engaged. Gating the result behind a form gets fewer completions and more fake emails.
If you plan to call or text leads, configure the consent checkbox wording to cover it, and keep the record. The lead stores what the visitor agreed to. Your compliance responsibilities stay with you, so ask your broker or counsel about TCPA requirements.
Yes. Configure the lead form per calculator: name, email, phone, a message, and the consent checkbox wording. Shorter forms get more completions, so ask only for what you'll use.
You choose. We recommend after: the visitor sees their result, and the form offers to send them the breakdown. It's the approach that respects visitors and produces the most genuine leads.
Contacts are matched by email, then by phone. A returning visitor's new calculation is appended to their existing record, so you can see how their thinking changed between visits.
On the free plan, contacts are limited to 100. Above the limit, new submissions aren't saved, and you're notified once a day so you can upgrade. Team allows 10,000, and Brokerage is unlimited.
UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content; Google, Facebook and Microsoft ad click IDs; the referrer; the landing page; and the first-touch source. They arrive in the lead and in the webhook.
Yes. Analytics show views and submissions per calculator, so you can see which pages and tools earn their place.
You do. CalcCapture processes them on your behalf to provide the service and never sells them. Your website's privacy notice should describe how you use leads. See our privacy policy.
Yes. Export contacts from your account at any time, including before you close it.
